Step 1
Initial Consultation
Your journey begins with a conversation. Contact our team with your pet's details and travel needs. A dedicated relocation coordinator will gather all the necessary information to create a comprehensive proposal for you.
Step 2
Dossier Creation & Billing
Your coordinator will create a complete travel dossier in our system and provide you with a formal quote. Once you approve, we'll handle the billing process securely and personally to confirm your booking.
Step 3
Tracking Activated
Once your booking is confirmed, we activate your unique tracking ID. You'll receive an email with your ID and a private link to our 'Mission Control' dashboard, where you can watch your pet's journey unfold on a live map.
